Lately, I’ve been thinking about the kind of content I want to share online. There’s so much noise on social media—some of it inspiring, some of it draining—and I want to make sure that what I put out there adds a little more light to the world.
If you’re anything like me, self-love doesn’t always come easy. We’re often our own worst critics, nitpicking every little thing—how we look, how we act, how “good” we are at something (even yoga!).
One of the most common challenges I hear as a yoga teacher is, “I just don’t have time to practice consistently!” But here’s the thing: you don’t need hours to build a consistent yoga practice. You just need a little intention and some time management.
